The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while an active low-pressure cell covers the middle coast of Vietnam. Isolated very heavy rains are likely in the East and the South regions while isolated heavy rain are possible in the western part of the North and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Si Sa Ket, and Ubon Ratchathani Minimum temperature 24-27 °C. Maximum temperature 35-37 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, and Nakhon Pathom. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 35-37 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-27 °C. Maximum temperature 31-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Yala, and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. From Surat Thani northward : Southwesterly winds 20–40 km/hr. Wave height 1–2 meters, above 2 meters offshore and in thundershowers. From Nakhon Si Thammarat southward : Southwesterly winds 20–35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, about 2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang, and Satun Minimum temperature 23-25 °C. Maximum temperature 28-33 °C. Southwesterly winds 20–40 km/hr. Wave height 2–3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain. Minimum temperature 26-28 °C. Maximum temperature 34-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
