During 24 – 30 April 2026During 24 – 25 Apr 2026, the high-pressure system cover the Northeast and the South China Sea while hot to very hot weather occurs in the country. Outbreak of summer storms are possible following with thunderstorm, gusty wind, heavy rains and hail including lightning in the upper country. During 26 – 28 Apr 2026, the southeasterly and the southerly winds prevail across the upper country with isolated thundershowers while temperature become lower. After that, during 29 – 30 Apr 2026, the another high-pressure system from China will extend to the South China Sea and the Northeast with more thundershowers and gusty wind in the upper country. During 24 – 30 Apr 2026, the southeasterly wind which prevails over the Gulf and the South will weaken with less thundershowers. The weak winds and waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea are expected about 1 meter high and above 2 meter high in thundershowers.
Caution
During 24 - 25 Apr 2026, people in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent for crop damage and animals danger.
