The monsoon trough moves down to lie across the North and the upper Northeast into the low pressure cell over the Gulf of Tonkin while the moderate southwest monsoon prevail over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain and isolated heavy rains are possible in the country with heavy rain in some places of the upper North and the western Northeast. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. In addition, tropical depression “SAUDEL” over Guangdong, Chiana is downgraded to the active low pressure cell alreadly.

Northern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun. Isolated very heavy rain in Chiang Rai, Phayao, and Nan. Minimum temperature 22-27 °C. Maximum temperature 31-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, and Si Sa Ket. Isolated very heavy rain in Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, and Ubon Ratchathani Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 32-34 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Lop Buri and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 25-27 °C. Maximum temperature 34-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-27 °C. Maximum temperature 31-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 33-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang, and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 °C. Maximum temperature 31-33 °C. From Phuket northward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. From Krabi southward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
