General Situation
13 June 2026The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over the coast of upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South. People in the country should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea will weaken up to be 1 - 2 meters high, about 1 meter high in the the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-27 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Krabi, and Trang. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
