An active low-pressure cell over the East has moved along the monsoon trough to cover the lower Central includind Bangkok and vicinity while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is strengthening. Scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rain is forecast in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high. In the upper Andaman Sea, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Gulf keep ashore lasting 27 September 2026.

Northern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Tak, and Phitsanulok. Isolated very heavy rain in Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 22-26 °C. Maximum temperature 31-35 °C. Easterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Surin, and Si Sa Ket. Isolated very heavy rain in Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Buri Ram. Minimum temperature 22-25 °C. Maximum temperature 27-33 °C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
Central
Fairly widespread thundershowers and scattered heavy to very heavy rain in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Suphan Buri, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 22-25 °C Maximum temperature 28-32 °C. Variable winds 10-25 km./hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and scattered heavy rain with isolated very heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 22-24 °C Maximum temperature 26-29 °C. Variable winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, and Surat Thani. Isolated very heavy rain in Phetchaburi. Minimum temperature 21-25 °C Maximum temperature 27-35 °C. From Surat Thani northward: northwesterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers. From Nakhon Si Thammarat southward: westerly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, and Phuket. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C Maximum temperature 30-34 °C. From Phang Nga northward: westerly winds 20-35 km./hr.
