The moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening. More rains are forecast in the country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the East and the South regions. People in Thailand should beware of heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea from Phuket northward up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea from Krabi downward, the waves are expected about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket, and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 34-37 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lopburi, Suphan Buri, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 25-26 °C. Maximum temperature 35-38 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-27 °C. Maximum temperature 32-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 23-25 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershower.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-25 °C. Maximum temperature 30-34 °C. From Phuket northward: Southwesterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower. From Krabi southward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-27 °C. Maximum temperature 34-37 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
